A Musical Journey...

When it comes to music I have a lot to be grateful for. I spent a decade of my life traveling the world as a singer/songwriter, touring, writing music, dreaming up musical projects and manifesting them in places as exotic as Tokyo, Laos, Cambodia, India, Nepal and all over my native country of Canada.

I learned a lot in those ten years on the road about working with people, both on and off the stage, about the craft of composition, about my own inner world and about the tremendous impact that music can have on the human psyche.

​

I still tour now and then and enjoy performing in certain contexts, but after so many rich experiences of the numinous power of music I have now turned my energy toward helping others experience this healing aspect of creativity in their own lives. I do this now through my clinical work as a creative expressive arts therapist offering music therapy sessions, counselling, psychoeducational clinics, workshops and research-based presentations.
